We are looking for a motivated candidate with strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. Previous customer service experience preferred. We are a Wall St. Based office where our company is headquartered in NYC.

Job Description:
· Employment Status: Permanent
· Hours: 40++ hours per week M - F 11:30 AM- 8:30 PM Sat 10AM-5 PM or the Morning
· Department: Customer Service
· Pay: Weekly Salary + Bonuses (W-2 Employment Offered)
· Report to: HR Department

· Ability to communicate well with customers, team members, and staff
· Ability to effectively problem solve with customers and team members and staff
· Ability to manage time and responsibilities
· Ability to fill orders effectively and accurately
· Ability to be flexible & manage several tasks at once
· Good verbal skills
· Exceptional attention to details
· Previous customer service experience preferred


Customer Fulfillment & Customer Service
· Primary contact, processing applications
· Effectively answer customers questions
· Understand customer needs
· Communicate product knowledge
· Brainstorm with customers and team members
· Flexibility in performing other tasks
· Maintain account information
· Respond to general customer inquiries
